Mod Bans and Tempbans

So, earlier today, I saw this: Screenshot. It had me thinking. Why would he write "Apply." I asked him and he said he was in a rush. Now, what I am proposing, isn't necessary, nor is it needed. What I am proposing is an automatic " - Appeal On Forums. {Name}." This can be helpful to mods that are in a hurry trying to get a ban in before the person continues to be racist/swear/spam/grief/scam/etc. Tell me what you think:
