Make Sponge 5%

I was opening a Legendary Crate earlier and I got a Sponge.

You know, Sponges are 11% and Wet Sponges are 5%

You could place a Sponge next to Water and It will turn to Wet Sponge, If you put a Wet Sponge in a Furnace it will go back to as a Regular Sponge.

Maybe make the Regular Sponge in the Legendary Crate as 5%?

OR add a Lore to the Sponge in the Legendary Crate that says "Putting a wet sponge in a furnace will make it dry & placing sponge near water will turn into wet sponge.

 

Support if you just add 3% to the wet sponges and remove 3% to the dry sponges thus making both the sponges 8% since they have the same value and can turn one into the other one. Or just remove one of them (maybe the wet sponge) and make the chance of getting the dry sponge a little lower to around 8%

Support, it does seem a little odd to have 2 rewards of essentially the same item.

Overall if you can revert a wet sponge to a normal sponge there is no point of having one or the other because they are practically the same thing. So I say instead of changing the percentage maybe just remove the sponge while still keeping the wet sponge at 5%

 

Support, there is no point of the %s being different because even if you want a normal sponge, and get a wet one, you can smelt it into a dry sponge, and if you get a dry one, you can make it wet, with water, so they are pretty much the exact same item, so they should be the same % chance to get.

 

Why even have 2 different sponges maybe replace it with something else?

 

They should had new spawners to leg crates too.
