Lost my whole inventory

I died the other day on sky block eco and went to go get my stuff back all the stuff was gone except some of the vote keys and a book. Staff said I was lying didn't help at all and just blamed it on clear lag. But there was still entities on the floor when I went back so I doubt it was clear lag. Also staff didn't help when I lost my spawners and also blamed that on clear lag. No clear lag message occured at the time of lost items.

 

I have already discussed this with you in-game. Either a player picked it up or clear lag occurred and you missed the message. I understand that this is upsetting for you and is not enjoyable to have lost all of your items, but keep inventory is not on and losing your items is something that will eventually happen. I ask that you understand this and try to avoid dying and losing your inventory items again. You will not be refunded for the items you may have lost due to there being no evidence confirming this to be true.
