lost highroller account + 48 spawners on island

    hi, i had an alternate account called helix420. it has highroller on economy and a max expanded island but a year ago the account was hacked and the last trusted account on the island was also hacked recently and i do not have access to edit the island or grab the 48 spawners i placed there recently. if you check ip's of the account it should say i was on the same ip, and the spawners were also actually placed by my old account cavemanben. the highroller for the island was purchased by jimalexblack in return for 4 million skybucks paid by myself

    I can't transfer the donor rank but if there is sufficient proof of you owning these spawners I can retrieve them for you. Since this happened so long ago, the logs have been erased. If you had reported it earlier we would be able to find the record through logblock but as it stands we would need you to provide whatever proof you can come up with to see if we can get you those spawners back.

    does players help ik he owned the spawners he moved them around occasionaly

    Sorry, I can't accept player testimony as evidence. If there are a few mods who can confirm it though, I will consider it.

    i had reported ~2 months ago but was ignored and later told i cannot get them back

    It’s because you placed them too long ago and the logs are gone, along with any record you had logged into that account from the same IP. This is why it’s very important that you take responsibility for the security of your own accounts. We are only limited by the information we have, and if we do have enough proof we try do you the favour of transferring you belongings over to your main account. I hope you understand why we can’t just take players’ word for it — it would be way too easy for someone to claim someone else’s belongings if they hadn’t logged in for a while.
