Legal way to trade sand - yes, sand.

Hello there,

Here is way to trade sand which is surprisingly deemed legal by CypriotMerks. (1) Here's how it goes:
There is a, well call it a "bug" in Minecraft which is used in a machine called the "sand converter". Watch a youtube tutorial on how to make it (2). It can turn sand into red sand and back. And this is how to trade sand:


Person one converts 16 sand into red sand, and makes a deal that he's trading it to person two for 10 grass (which would be the price at /warp donor). They both do a legal trade, as red sand is legal to trade. Then person two goes to his sand converter turning it back into normal sand. The process of turning red sand into sand or vice versa takes seconds.
16 sand has successfully been traded for 10 grass



This can also be used to turn your sand into red sandstone by crafting red sand, and red sandstone is awesome for building! Here are the official prices for red sand set up by the /warp donor villagers:

Drogo discovered this a little while ago. His initial thought was, that upon highlighting it, red sand would be made illegal to trade but this didn't happen so good news for all those with too much sand.
Drogo was surprised, as he could convert his white sand to red, sell it, and then offer the use of his sand converter to the buyer who would then convert it back to white sand. Drogo can't see how this isn't just illegal sand trade.

Its only is worth what normal sand is worth now because it can be converted back and worth regardless of a set price, noone will use that set price anymore.

 

To the mods who made the video in the original post 'hidden content', you may also want to hide the same content that is in Drogo's post that he linked earlier. It is the same video. Krissy_ Lemonade CypriotMerks and Nocturnish just because you are online currently

 

Why they made the video "hidden content"?

Yes, Drogo deleted the link to the video in his earlier post. Although the video in the this post is no longer hidden so Drogo isn't sure if it was needed.

 

Lemon hid the post because he was unsure if it was legal or not at the time. Lemon approves.

 

LOL! Also Agent agrees. Agent believes that red and sand trade should be illegal. Also, Agent noticed that person 1 could break sand on the ground of an island they are trusted to. Then, person 2 would pick up the sand. Agent wonders if Cyp should take this out because of illegal trade.

BUT! There is an issue. Then you cannot break sand. So, this should and shouldn't happen. Agent apologizes for her very weird "essay". Agent is just trying to prove a point. Agent is sorry.
