[Kaenon1015] Bought highroller but didn't get the rank

Hey, my friend kaenon1015 bought highroller on .org recently but did not receive the rank. I was with him when he bought it and after waiting quite a while. His dad bought it because Kaenon lost his card, and his dad isn't sure if he put in the username, but he does have a transaction receipt as evidence.

Since this is .org issues, cyp allows me to reply to threads not .net.

If you look at the picture, it says MINECRAFT USERNAME: Highroller. Basically his dad has bought Highroller for a MINECRAFT player called Highroller, not for kaenon. Cyp might be able to transfer this rank over, of give you a coupon code so you can buy it again, for free, under his actual username

 

We noticed this xD Figured that was the issue, as his dad said he was meaning to "search for highroller" and he must of accidentally put it in as the name

 

CypriotMerks Next time you go on .Org can you pex kaenon1015 in the highroller group please.

 

So I'm pretty sure this was kaenon's dad.

That was the messup, he thought the place where you enter the name was the search bar according to him
