    Now it may seem i'm being highly critical of the team right now. But sometimes there is no other way for staff to pay attention unless you really put passion into your cause. I have said time and time again that in no way do I dislike the team or say what I do for salt. It is feedback and it did get staff thinking. I am passionate, not emotional.

    I haven't really changed my approach except becoming more lenient and more chill. I have a little more freedom now to say things but i've remained tame and though I may be a little bitter over the way I was let go, i've been working at repairing the trust between Cyp and myself, and the managers and myself.

    All through this, I was told that I was a good moderator by Cyp and I know that I work hard. And I will keep doing my best, rank or no rank.

    I don’t see why you’d need to
    Repair trust if you didn’t do anything wrong in the first place. I see change, I do. And this is trying to come from a non bias stand point.

    youre a sweet girl and having you as moderator was great, you still contribute a hell of a lot within skyblock and i love your passion btw. you also have a lot of dedication and ofc seem capable of mod (pfff is this even a question?) like you legit write a 2 paragraph essay to a person who has 1 line of words haHAA, now thats time to appreciate
