I am unsure if you understand why you were demoted and if you have learned from it. I would be happy to elaborate on this with you in a private message as I do not feel comfortable sharing it publicly due to the context. I enjoyed moderating with you and you were a great moderator, but your ethics concerned me at times. I will be no supporting you for the time being, but please reach out to me if you want me to elaborate on why. Best of luck : )

I'm sure you are aware of the reason you were demoted, I therefore draw the conclusion that such an event will never happen again. I don't support you because you're my friend, but because despite as Agent said sometimes the ethics were wrong, you were a good staff team member. I feel like the fact that you are now much more aware of the consequences of your actions this will help you become a better staff member, you will be more cautious and will most likely overlook situations more. You're still active and helpful (bar the break - of which you mentioned to players so it is perfectly acceptable) despite not being on the team anymore and I feel like it would be a good idea to give you a second chance to redeem yourself. You've had plenty of time to reflect upon your actions, I think you've got a really good idea of the expectations that are now set for you.

FYI bert is pretty much one of the fastest typists I know. He types things so insanely fast, I find it an accomplishment if I ever am able to type something before he does. He is able to respond to questions before you even see what the question was! That trait is useful, because people like being helped fast
