Issue not sloved

How can clear lag take my inventory but not others entities on the ground. Other player where also not on the island and even if clear lag did occur which it didn't I died over top of hopper so the things would have been picked up.

 

I'm unsure of what truly happened, but we cannot refund your items if you have no evidence of losing them. I have explained this to you multiple times in-game. Your items can only be refunded if you have solid proof of losing them.
