Implemented Ice flats biome/snowy biome addition

    Hi, as Christmas is coming up and everyone is remodeling their island to make it look Christmas-y why not add another biome in the /changebiome such as ice_flats? that allows there to be snow falling when you do /pweather(for people who have access to this command of course) would make it feel more festive also beautiful!

    Support, sure snow falls in Taiga and extreme hills (not sure) but adding another biome where there will be snow would be nice

    Ice Flats is added. :)

    Mushroom Island, Ocean, & Redwood Taiga was also added to the list of biomes that you are able to change.

    However, after looking into this, snow doesn't form on any of the snow related biomes because the /pweather command is likely client sided only. We will see what we can do to allow snow to form without turning on server-wide weather.

    I think he was talking about how with these biomes it would show that it is snowing and not raining with the /pweather command. If you are able to do this though that would be amazing!!
