i lost ownership to me island

    helo my name is papasmurf15. Earlier i went home and I found out that my island had become YWE yahmato or something's island. I couldn't use any of my chests or edit the island at all. I don't want to lose my stuff and I have never met this yamato guy. how do I get my island back? please help!
