Accepted I’m confused

I’m not banned on eco but I am on skyblock and I tried joining skyblock and now I can’t get into eco

 

I have DM'd Kerahna.

When she is available I will ask her to address this with you.
I am not sure how/why it has happened.

I got unbanned and when I log onto skyblock it says I’m banned and can’t get in which is weird but eco I’m fine
