How I Grade A Moderator Application.

Okay so some of you might me curious about this. So i use a specific format to do this. If you wan't to use this grading format feel free to do so. Here it is.

1.) How helpful is this player?
2.) How active is this player?
3.) Is this player mature?
4.) What's the players background?
5.) How experienced is this player?
6.) How detailed is the application?
7.) Does this app need more info?
8.) Did this app follow the correct format?
9.) Do I Support?
