The price is what people are willing to pay for them. Not so much a “menu” of prices. I’d give you 1000g for all of those heads someone else might give you 10000g it’s all relative to demand.

EDIT* to clarify what I suggested is not a price for what you listed, just an example that it depends on the seller and the buyer. Also I do not wish to buy these heads for that price.

 

As I’ve said many times, and as Leo just said, head and even rare prices are all based of supply and demand. The lower the supply the higher the demand, the higher the supply the lower the demand.
