Denied haz's appeal for chargebacks

I'm afraid the only way to clear up a chargeback ban on this server is to cancel the chargeback.
As the server is fined heavily for each charged back transaction, it is not as simple as removing the purchased items/ranks and unbanning the player.

 

If you wish to cancel the chargebacks and get unbanned, you will need to ask your mom if she will let you spend the $200. She can cancel them through whichever means she initiated them in the first place, (e.g. paypal or bank website) and we will need to see a screenshot of the confirmation before your account can be unbanned.

 

As I had explained earlier, the only way to get unbanned would have been to close the chargeback (cancel the dispute opened via paypal). Your screenshots show that your mother was refunded the amount that you had originally spent on this server.

While this is an understandable action as her money was spent without her permission, unfortunately that means you will not be able to get unbanned. Chargebacks are very costly to the server as there is a penalty on top of the value of the chargeback. That is why it is not just a simple case of removing your ranks/items and unbanning the account.

 

You should only do it if you have your mom’s permission.
I’m not sure if it can be done now since she’s already received the refund, but if she lets you try and it goes through properly, you can post the confirmation of it here and get unbanned.

 

There is no time limit from our end for clearing a chargeback ban, but it may or may not be possible for you since the refund has already been processed. If it does go through you will need to post the confirmation here. Make sure to put it inside [ hide ] [ / hide ] tags (without the spaces) and it will only be visible to staff.
