Resolved free items wiped out of my shops

I would have put this in a player report but I dont know the IGN of the offender as I was AFK.

I have 3 free food shops with a sign that clearly states to take only what you need.
2 of 3 were wiped:
cooked steak (i added some since the incident)
beetroot stew

I also have a shop of free book & quills with a hopper next to it. There is a sign that clearly states to only take the books to write/throw in the hopper. This chest has also been wiped clean.

I need help getting in contact with the person who did this or help getting the items back.

I don't think this is a bannable offense, more a nuisance.

Free chests are quite a gamble, I understand that you are trying to do a good thing and give people free items, but sadly a lot of people do abuse this. Again I believe this is not a bannable offense.

Instead of making free chests, I would suggest putting a button and a dispenser so the items come out slowly. That way, people will not just spam right click and take all of your food you are so kindly giving to others.
