Flying autoban

    This feature is causing a ruckus. It's banning people for simply moving too fast.

    As a mod, the feature is causing more issues than help. I've had to unban several people for being "wrongly" banned by the thing.

    I got banned on .Org for moving too fast as well but the system might of think I was flying. I'm unbanned though.

    This also happened to me once as well. No further incident occurred though so I didn't think it was a big deal.

    Wrote this in a different thread:
    The only thing I did was make it so if you get kicked by anything 4 times, you will be banned. That gives you 3 warnings, I did not change the way bukkit disables flying I only changed the message that is displayed when you are kicked to let you know that you will be banned.

    I did though change the moving to fast to be a bit more strict i'll change it to what it was yesterday, but getting kicked by it is sort of rare as it is now too, and getting kicked 4 times isn't really possible.

    I never got a 3 warning or anything, I moved 3 blocks and it says "Moving too fast" then after it happend few times it said "Whos laughing now?" and something like "I told you to listen to me, but you didn't listen" lol.

    But, I'm unbanned that's the main thing. :)
