Inactive Elite account lost

    Heya,
    today my alt which is elite got hacked and i have no possible way to get it back since the transaction id of that account is lost.

    I wanted to ask if it is possible to transfer the Rank and/or if its possible to transfer the island ownership of the account! :D

    Also if possible please ban the account for now! :heart:

    Please contact Mojang to try and recover your account. You don't need a transaction ID to do this.
    If you bought it from them then they should be able to get your access back.

    I have a really bad expenrience with the mojang support since this is not the first account i lost.
    Of course i already requested help but they take ages to answer and were not able to help with my first account i bought from them.
    Can the account get banned for now until i get more information from mojang? :)

    I couldn't match the last IP of that account with Lw5. Could you log in to /skyblock for a second to refresh it?

    After some talk to mojang and not so happy results that i cannot get the account back im guessing that i lost my alt island and the rank.
