    I was thinking as another ability for donor400's, is they can be able to use /chat and it allows them to talk to other donor400's privately. If you do /chat again, it can disable it.

    Definitely not needed
    Normally not more than 4 on at a time, conversation can be done through pm

    It would be hard to moderate and manage both chats at a time. No support.

    No support. It's been suggested before and it's not happening. It makes it harder for mods to moderate chat. Just use PM.
