I don't think so, you do not move so you are not losing hunger.

You do lose hunger even if you don't move. Its just very slowly processing.

Hunger is an aspect of Minecraft added in the Adventure Update that governs several aspects of gameplay. Instead of directly restoring the player's health as it did prior to the Adventure Update, eating food now fills up the food bar, which is constantly drained by theplayer's actions. The food bar is located opposite to the player's health bar on the bottom of the screen and is represented by ten shanks, which look like chicken legs and are equal to 2 half-units of food.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

While the player is sprinting, the food bar depletes much faster. The player is not able to sprint if their food level is 6 ([IMG][IMG][IMG]) or less.

The food bar does not drain when playing on Peaceful mode. However, its effects on the player's health level remain, and switching difficulties has no effect on the Food Bar's current level. Thus, if the player changes the difficulty level to Peaceful while his or her Food Bar is empty, it will not restore his or her hunger level and the player will continue to starve while healing.

Certain foods have a chance of inflicting Hunger on the player upon consumption, which causes the player's hunger to deplete faster.

You do, but I think you'd lose 1 hunger in like 5 hours. As you're not moving.

There have been many times when players have told me they've died and lost all their items due to clag when they went away to go do something. I have never had this problem on .net before because I have /god on. Without the proper evidence such as screenshots of this event ever occurring, we cannot get any lost items back. But, everyone here is saying that your hunger dies slowly when you're not moving, but I believe your hunger depletes faster than as they mention.

I believe it takes about 30 mins if not moving to lose hunger. Or it could be less.
