Economy Colored Names

Colored names used to be a thing in economy for many many years.

Going over to SkyBlock every now and then allows me to see all the creativity that people have within their color designs. I am currently unaware as to why Economy doesn't have the ability to color their name, but personally the yellow rank tag and name color is just unattractive as a whole.

If there is a particular reason for the names being one set color, please let me know, but I am just suggesting the ability to change the color of your /nick!


EDIT: Sept. 2023 - Still not implemented. I’ve asked around in game, and the only reason someone has not wanted this feature is to “not flood the chat with random colors like skyblock”

This was a feature for years on years here and it never flooded chat. Plain yellow isn’t the best, and we never had the ability to customize the donor tag, only our nicks. Maybe there could be a system in place to where only three colors are allowed? Not sure. Though I believe there’s no logical reason this should’ve been removed.

I personally prefer a less Rainbow vomit chat, So i'll go with neutral. But if people want it and its not too much effort, then sure XD

I will literally take anything to make high roller better and actually be an interesting rank. High roller used to be much better as well as cheaper on the original .org server and now to be honest it kind of sucks for its price so even just coloured names back would be great

 

Support, I think this would be a really nice addition as survival has this but not economy. As cal said above I do think that Highroller should be able to have more things implemented in it that make it more fun for people to buy it. Good luck with the suggestion!

 

They should add this to economy. Survival has so many cooler and better features that I would look to see make their way to economy.

Correct. But simple perks like this, of which there are many missing from Eco, would go a long way to making it less so.

 

Ah sure, we used to have a overlord rank on the old economy server that had privileges of colors, will be a great thing too for highrollers.

Probably missing because the economy server doesn't have an equivalent to Skytitan on survival.
