/Chatcolour or something similar

Hey guys, here i am making a suggestion to add in /chatcolour or a command similar, the purpose of it, would be to make it easier to talk in a specific colour,

E.G:
Hey guys
Instead of having to do
&9Hey guys

I guess it'd just save the extra effort. I am pretty sure it is an easy plugin to implement, correct me if i'm wrong. Just thought I'd put it out there xP

(Obviously for donor25 and up)

How would it get spammy? All it does is automatically set your chat as one color?

actually this would descrease color spam, because if you change your chat to one color alone, there would be less "&1hey &2look &3at &4me &5there &6are &7so &8many &9colors &0lol &avisit &bmy &cskin &dcompetition &ewin &fgrass!" type posts.

people still talk in the default color though. i really dont want this happening unless i can like turn off chat color altogether with a texture pack or something because it would be SO ANNOYING and i would be more annoyed than i usually am. did i mention it would be annoying?
