    What was the exact ban message that you are seeing? You mentioned you were banned on a console server. Our platform is only a PC server.

    Your account was used to spam the server earlier this year. Did you buy this account from Mojang directly? Have you ever been hacked? Have you changed your password recently?

    this was bought from Mojang a few years ago and I changed my password a few months ago due to my email being hacked
