What are the prizes for this event? And what do the "payments" entitle the player to?

IE: what is the difference in paying in diamonds or grass?

 

Humm never thought of Events before.... I might make it IF you land on the same colour 3x in a row you get a emerald XD

Winings are paid out 3 to 1

So if you bid 2 diamonds and win you get 6 diamonds
or you bid 10Grass and win you get 30 Grass

same goes with iron & gold

 

If you are lucky that is when my redstone lags, you would able to get more that 1 output

Well here's some maths,

There's a 1 in 12 chance of getting a pay out based on the original image. That means you have an 8.3% chance to win and a 91.7% chance to lose.

Given that the payout is indicated at 3 - 1 per win, and there are 12 possible outcomes, that is a 25% payback on your bet.

This equates to a game with a 66.7% house advantage for the owner of the casino.

The probability of getting 3x strikes in a row is 1 in 1,728 for an emerald.

Needless to say, if this were a game in a real casino, it would be the absolute best game for the house, but would see almost no play from players.

Why is a Casino a casino? House has the advantage or else there wont be one

 

Btw Casino roulette has 36 numbers and adding in the 0 and 00 which makes 38numbers

European Roulette has a 2.70% Edge, and American Roulette has a 5.26% Edge. Slightly different than a 66.7% edge

Also, Roulette's number spread is balanced by the payouts. You get 35 - 1 for straight up, 17 - 1 for a split, 8 - 1 on a corner, and a whole bunch of other payouts on the outside bets.

The payouts balance against the odds. To reduce your house edge, you'd have to increase your payouts from 3-1, closer to 11-1 for a lesser advantage.
