I'm pretty sure this is part of the .org reset that just recently happened - judging by the "restart" factor alone. If you are talking about .org, I have no information on that. (As I play on .net for mostly all my hours.) You would have to keep looking at the fourms for updates and have some sort of proof ready for them ro recoup you. Hope this shed some light on this situation!
