I'm aware of this and I've contacted and asked cyp about it but haven't gotten a response.

 

We're going to try and get him to fix this as soon as possible, feel free to go on any alts you own if you have any since you are only banned for having perms on your main, sorry for the inconvenience

 

Still banned, and it's been a week. Can you please just unban me until it's fixed? I don't think I should be banned for something that I can't control, and if it was a big deal he would of done it a long time ago
