Denied Banned for ban evading? - Haleyx

I was banned for ban evading because my sister got banned for spamming last night. I don't play on her account and neither does she on mine, and we don't know each other's player log-in. We just have the same IP because we live in the same house. But I was not ban evading, I was playing my own account with no intentions to evade or break rules.
