Good evening, I noticed that your activity was pretty choppy, or not consistent, mainly in Discord and Eco. I also don't recall seeing you in Survival, which I see as a necessity for all staff and staff applicants. We've also never gotten to speak, and I've generally never seen you interact in chat, so this is another point for me. Thank you for your response. The reason why I have been inactive on forums is mainly due to not wanting to post stuff that is not relevant. I do not have anything to post that anyone would be interested in seeing same with discord I pop in I say hi. I have small conversations and that's about it recently in game, I have just come back about a month ago because I had some family issues going on and I now everything is better now also, my appeal was to be able to use my stone generator on my island again it wasn't because of a specific punishment such as a ban or mute but I can see where the misunderstanding comes from I hope this explains your concerns if you have any questions, please feel free to ask and again, thank you for your feedback
For now I can give no support. I feel like there is potential. But I haven't seen you for a longer time online and now after returning it might need some more time until we know if you are present enough for becoming a staff member. In the past we have appointed too many staff which are inactive now. That is why I am cautious on that matter.
I don't think that falls under a ban or punisent, judging from ava's appeal it was just to confirm they can use a farm in game. There's nothing wrong with that, occasionally players build something and staff are cautious, but Avatops17 's appeal confirmed they can use their farm. Ava is very active in the economy server. Though I do agree with what others have said about activity. We don't need more staff that are in active more than half the time, and whilst you're recently joining us again, I personally feel you have a little bit further to go, to build up your reliability in terms of being a staff applicant. I was able to recognize this after Ava pointed it out, and it does make some point up for it. However, in my belief, an appeal to get permission to use a farm belongs in a ticket, not an appeal. I also noticed, on further research into Ava’s profile, that they’ve tried to apply for staff twice already, with once not going well. And it’s in my belief that they haven’t learned from that experience. I also noticed that when they joined the forums, they immediately post farmed, likely to meet requirements. This isn’t just a showcase of impatience but also immaturity. How do we know that this application won’t end up any different than the last one?
I know this application will end up differently because I'm a lot older and more mature now, and i understand what I did in the past was wrong. I have grown up and understand that I was immature when I was younger. And didn't make the best of decisions, but I am here to make that right now and make the correct decisions and hopefully help the community along the way, whether I am staff or not, I still want to benefit the community and help players

I agree with Abbie and Offline that you have potential. I would like to see more activity from you on discord and forums. I've only had good experiences playing with you, but I'd like to see how you handle the community, which is the most important part of being a Helper or Staff member. My stance for now is neutral.
This sentence needs to be said more! I understand people request candidates to be seen, but god it’s toxic when people post for the sake of posting. I will support for now, applications are a long process and I think you’ll be fine and I’ve seen you in game plenty too. Good luck!
I enjoy your enthusiasm to becoming a staff member, it's some great values. If comfortable answering, how exactly do you see yourself as matured from then to now? Not asking for an age but simply some learning points you've taken away over time. I find myself agreeing that you have potential, however I don't think now was a good time to apply, and I feel as if you should've gotten activity up globally and made yourself known. I'm still no support, however I do appreciate your answers.
I recently became a parent, and I have a stable job and stable living situation whereas before I did not have that and my life was quite all over the place but due to now having adult responsibilities, I have matured and have different values than I had when I was younger, also biologically I am now a young adult which means less hormone changes which makes me think less erratically and with more stable hormones means more thought out decision-making and less mood changing there are other factors that playing to how I have matured, but I think you get the point Also, whether you support or not that is your opinion and your opinion is valued whether you support or not. expressing your opinion is positive, and I appreciate your point of view, and I value that you are expressing how you feel, which is again positive
I’m going to be honest here, Ava I can’t support this application. After your last staff application was deleted, you basically disappeared from Skyblock for months. I didn’t see you around at all during that time, and even now your return has been very recent. Staff members need to show long-term, consistent activity, not just a short burst before applying again. Because of that long period where you went completely inactive, it’s hard to believe that this application will be any different from the last one. I haven’t seen the level of steady presence or commitment that a staff role really requires.
As explained in previous posts the reason for my inactivity was due to family issues that inactive will no longer continue as all family matters has been sorted
I understand that you had family issues, and I’m glad things are better now. But I still can’t support this application, because you’ve only just come back and the first thing you did was make another staff app. After being gone for months, I think it’s important to show consistent activity and involvement again before applying. Right now it feels too soon, and there hasn’t been enough time to show that things will be different from last time.
I understand that there would be consideration that I've only just come back about a month ago but before the family issues I was active pretty much every day and that is what is now going to happen going through to the future. It is okay not to support my application. That is your opinion and that it's okay. I'm not going to sit here and say you should support me, you are allowed to have an opinion. I value yours and everyone else's opinion and input as this helps me improve in the future

It’s not really an opinion. What I’m saying is that if you leave the server for a month every time something breaks, that doesn’t reflect well on you as a staff member. Staff should be willing to help or at least let players know what’s going on, not disappear whenever something gets difficult. If you’re unable to accept criticism and use it to improve, then that’s a serious problem for someone in a staff position. Growth and accountability are expected, and without those, I don’t see a reason to change my position or offer support.
For the same reasons Silvia said (and what I quoted) is the same reason I don't intend to change my stance on this application. Saying that you'll return in a month after an issue occurs in the server internally also tells me that you have no intention of actually being active as a staff member, and also showcases immaturity. The last thing we need is MORE staff that are offline about 80% of the time and honestly only get on after a report is issued. We need responsibility, activity, and approachability, not only responsive behaviors. I also came to notice on your previous staff application that you had an incident with Luka (Houzo) that he says (in the post) completely went against your set morals, which were around the lines of professionalism, equality, high morals, and more. How can we even consider you've changed, and we don't even know of this set conflict that made Luka react this way and leave a no support on your previous application. Not to mention you nearly completely abandoned your application after that and it was inevitably closed for inactivity. The only opinions you should be discussing are the ones against you and how you can improve on them instead of worsening your application. There's no way at all for me to tell that you've actually changed from your previous application. I've also noticed in Discord you discuss your employment in ways that make it seem for you to be an unreliable staff with an unreliable sleep/rest schedule, where you mention you only sleep one or two hours before having to work at 8 AM. Considered you're active 22 or 23 hours a day IRL, I find it odd you're less active than expected nowadays with the information I have from you. I can only wish you luck.
