All the buffs and balances

I am really quite surprised at some of the changes.

Firstly, if you were living under a rock, D.VA, Mercy, Junkrat and roadhog have had some buffs and balances.
In short, D.VA can now fly and shoot, and fly and shoot while launching missiles and her defense matrix up time is now half it used to be to make her more offensive.
Mercy's ultimate lets her fly around the map, long distance and multiple distance healing, with more power to her weapon. Her Rez is now an ability which can bring back one person only.
Junkrat has two mines and roadhog can move while he heals himself.
Oh forgot doomfist... he got nerfed to fix the hitbox of his punch which was super duper op.

So What do you guys think about these kind of changes?

Season 5 was good for me. I don't like comp that much.
