Implemented Add ‘Useful, Informative, Agree, Disagree’ ratings to help threads

Should be able to be given on help threads because:
People that take the time to help should be credited with a rating which is positive on their profile and will decrease the amount of post farming

There's no harm to adding ratings to the help section at all, it could potentially stop some post farming in that section too where people reply the same thing as others rather than commenting something different (which actually is against the rules as per this thread here.) where we will begin to see people using the agree ratings (or even the disagree one!) in order to get their point across without breaking the post farming rule. Informative is just a no-brainer for that section, don't understand how this can be misused in a section full of information to help others and the same reason goes to the useful rating. I think I've made my point, but if not, support!

It would be nice to have more ratings in every section tbh, for instance, premium section. Support.

 

Support - they’re on mineverse, so I don’t see why they shouldn’t be added here
