2nd Nether portal...

I would like to offer a public nether portal and also have one for myself to use personally to collect items for sell. I built the second, i did so as far away from the first as possible. however... when i went through, i was deposited the same place as my 1st. Is there a way to accomplish this?

 

Well if you make 2 portals at ur island it would be the same portal in the nether so I suggest using someone else' Nether portal like mine at /Visit BertBerry and I believe u cant unless its on 2 different islands (Not so sure)

Unfortunately this isn't possible and you can only have 1 nether portal per island, you can always have a nether portal on your alternate account though, or like BertBerry said, you can also use a public nether portal, which can be found at most popular islands such as big shops. Has this now been resolved? Please reply soon!

i’ve seen islands with two nether portals?

 

That doesn’t mean they don’t send you to the same location as your first one does

 

ah alright. i thought you meant that you could only build one portal per island

If you have 2 nether portals at one island, the nether portals are linked to the same nether.
