Welcome to my finally got around to it intro page. You all know a little bit about me by now, but here's some things you may not know.

I'm a 69 (as of 2016)year old double widower-ed father with four adult children. Two males ages 45 and 40 and two females ages 35 and 30.

I'm half Italian and half Japanese. My mother was full Italian and my father was full Japanese.

My parents were visiting relatives (This was information imparted to me by my parents.)when I was accidentally born here in the USA. I was "a bit early". Back then this usually meant the child would die. Not always as I can attest.

This was my second marriage. My first wife passed away from brain cancer on her brain stem. My second wife passed recently(2016) of ovarian cancer. My youngest daughter is not genetically mine, but mine in all ways that count to us.

I work for Lego full time along with my youngest daughter. I have been working there for over 18 years. I mostly design parts 80% of the time and some sets "Senior Part and Set Designer". I'm also "Co-Director of IT Operations", "Liaison to Custom Designers" and "Work from Home Coordinator". I'm well known for co-designing the Slizers, Roboriders, and Bionicle series. I also invented the "click hinge". This a part that has replaced legacy parts that weren't holding up to new standards.

My daughter is a regional supervisor in the Philadelphia area and she designs the Lego Friends, Princesses, and Elves lines.

I co-own a successful computer company that has been in business for over 25 years.

I'm a retired Army technician that was "loaned out" to the Navy where I learned to program computers under Grace Murray Hopper.

I have several computer, data, robotics and electronics related degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Japanese is my first language while English is my second. I've been reading and writing English for over 50 years, so unless I'm stressed, tired, sick, or angry you can't really tell.

I'm closely related to Nobuyuki Okude, the inventor of the Transformers robots.

Even after all these years and all of what I've done, I'm not perfect, I make mistakes. Sometimes really stupid mistakes.

I have no feet. I lost them in the military. I like to prank people with this fact.

I enjoy computer games, board games, dice games, and card games. My favorites being Duel Monsters or as it's commonly known "Yu-Gi-Oh!", Magic: The Gathering, Minecraft, Halo, Chess, and Bridge.

My daughter and I both have private pilot licenses and I own a Cessna Caravan Amphibian with an Oasis interior. Caravan Amphibian

I own an Earthroamer Crew cab XV-LT. EarthRoamer XV-LT

I do NOT act my age. Ask the wife... and the kids... and the co-workers... and the... you understand. If I'm acting my age and being serious, it's important or you're in trouble.

My favorite foods are Lo mein, tamago (grilled egg), and sugar cookies. Seriously if you bribe me with any of these things you'll probably get what you want.

I'm very, Very, VERY allergic to chocolate.
