        You don't need to ask for approval. Staff can see when your message needs to be approved and do so for you. This restriction will automatically lift itself so just be patient and don't spam the admin. Thank you :)

      As im noticing more and more maybe because i work so fast, you can do several things, blink and the server decides you didnt do anything. Im guessing this is the case here. But as ive said i clearly remember putting the [private] sign on that chest, and moving on to other stuff. The server has decided i didnt.

      strange that the logs show that i picked it up...
      i have searched around to no avail.
      so yeah if you could check if ive placed it anywhere, but im been completly truthful here.

        I checked all records of green shulker boxes full of grass being placed on ground or in chests in the past 30 hours, with no results. One player had one but logs show they had it before you lost yours. I can't log anything clearlagged, placed into ender chests, or dropped into inventories :(

      Hi Kerahna,
      I seem to have lost a shulker full of grass.
      I accidentally broke the private sign on the shulker, but when i noticed i replaced the sign straight away.
      When Southwark checked the logs he says it shows that i actually broke the shulker.
      Im pretty sure this is all due to the lag problem that the server is experiencing.
      The shulker is now gone....
      If you can help id appriciate it.

        Sorry but there isn’t anything I can do in this case as the logs show you picking it up. Unfortunately there are too many scammers who would report items disappearing in order to get free stuff, so we cannot take anyone’s word for it.

        The only thing we can do is search your logs to see if you placed it somewhere and forgot about it, but we cannot trace it if an item was dropped to another player or deleted by clearlag.
