When you go on the vote websites It just has the top 10 voters. Would be cool to have /votes or /votecount or something to see how many votes you have if your not on the top 10. Kinda gets your heart beating when you don't see your name on top 10 and you think you voted but you get the " You have already voted for this server today (Error code 2)." message.
I mean you can just check in-game broadcast messages after login to know whatever you've done today's vote or not.
Yeah but that only tells you that you voted that day. What I meant was to see how many votes you had in total keeping count every day your gonna lose count sometime right?
It can be annoying at the end of the month finding out you forgot a day of voting but some of the sites do have a list of top voters and you can vote as soon as the voting reset to see if you're on there. If you are not you most likely missed a day of voting on that specific site.
As above stated counting total votes by youself is pretty much pointless because the eventual result from 3 sites' API used for top voters will not always be accurate Calling it pointless because even an internal vote counter that is based on votifier could and would eventually also desync from actual vote records thus cause more confusion among players Currently knowing when to vote and whatever you voted today or not (broadcast message) is all you can do without the access of actual records. --- UPDATE --- I do hope there is a way to see how many votes you've done but the top voters rely on 3 vote sites and a script to calculate ranking at the end of each month unless devs and the owner want to warp the concept up and be more transparent on top voters by caching and combine actual vote counts from 3 sites for players to view in game I don't see it happening due to the property of top voters being just an incentive of votes and its unreliableness. They generally won't do much to improve something that is already working fine from my experiences and I won't expect them to as free upgrades are gorgeous enough for my gameplay and I'm grateful for it. ^^^ These are purely my speculation based on digging older top voter related threads.
Except last few days it's actually better to vote after top 10 is filled up to reduce the chance of vote snipping vote snipping is basically voting someone's usernane under a different server on vote site #1 for malicious purpose.
So basically you can only vote for 1 server a day for Vote site #1? Gotta agree with this, if nothing can be done about it I’m ok with any decision the staff make thx for taking time to reply
