NA Sky's Staff/Helper Application

Thanks for the feedback. Some of the reasons on why I don’t help is because I’m not actually there I am afk. Also I have stoped with my autoadvert as it is really annoying for some people and I have started to come on eco every now and then. (I try to get on eco atleast once or twice a day)

Hey Sky!

I just wanted to add some feedback from what I've seen throughout some time. I will still be supporting but I just had a few things to say.

I'm really happy that you've been active on Discord, especially in the help channels however I've noticed some instances where you kind of "interfere". This issue isn't really big because it's not happening very frequently however I wanted to let you know before it happens again and again. I'm not specifically saying this because it happened with just me but some times it's happened with others. If one person is helping out, it's best to just let them deal with it because repeating what they say or rewording the information that the person has said creates a lot of confusion for the person who needs help. I hope you understand what I mean.

Additionally, helping is good, but over-helping is not too good. It's lovely that you love helping but remember, there are a few more applicants so it's best to also let them get the chance to help. It's kinda wrong for me to be saying "don't help" but what I mean is to let others get the opportunity to assist. If by any chance you do notice someone needs help and didn't get a reply, you're always able to jump in. I hope this makes sense.

I have noticed that I have been doing that lately I have definitely been trying to not do that as much as it can be confusing if there are multiple people trying to help out one person. If I see someone being helped already I’ll let them be and if they still need help I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for the feed back!

Full support on sky, even though I've only been back for a few days I have seen sky being helpful, even to me. Ive known sky for years now on skyblock and even then he was being helpful and friendly to everyone. It was great to have a coop with him. It caused me to have a great time on skyblock with him being there. I feel sky could be a great staff member and overall a great addition to the team.

Support, and here is why: ever since I joined sb I have seen Sky talking in the chat and helping answer new players questions. He definitely has done his research because he knows so much about sb I usually go to him when I have questions.

I do usually see you on almost every day and you are such a cool person.

Thank you, let me explain how a staff application works. So an applicant would make their application here and then people can support or no support or neutral and explain why by replying. However, what people say doesn't necessarily make the outcome as Kerahna is the one who chooses who becomes staff. But it is very encouraging to have people backing you up on your staff application.
