Implemented Mining ores chances command

    Hey! As a regular helper in chat may understand, often newbies are often asking how to get ores and what the chance to receive an ore from a cobble stone generator is and hence why I am making this suggestion!

    I believe a command (/chance, /mining, etc.) would be a great addition to the game, the command would pull up a list of the ores and the percentage/fraction chance there is to get the ore from mining similar to the voting command (/rewards) seen in Source 1.

    This command would just help massively as a visual representation of what the chances to get ores from mining is for both newer and older players. Although it isn't "game changing", in my personal opinion, it would still be a beneficial addition to game. I'd love to hear your opinions on this idea!

    support. this is commonly asked around in chat and it'd definitely be nice to have a command that elaborates and clarifies the actual % of the spawn rate

    Drogo can add some info on this later but it will likely only depress those wanting to farm ores other than coal.

    Rather than give chance percentages, as they are small, Drogo will give the average number of stone/cobble generated to generate a single ore.
    These rates are calculated from a total yield of generating and mining over 4.2 million blocks.

    Coal Ore 1:134 i.e. on average, you will get 1 Coal Ore per 135 blocks mined
    Lapis Ore 1:1921
    Gold Ore 1:3126
    Iron Ore 1:3530
    Redstone Ore 1:5993

    So If you are planing on mining for ores, then you will want a very quick stone gen, efficiency 5 Picks, Haste II buff and a lot of time. Oh and /repair.

    The gen rate of coal is not too bad, but for most people, you might do better by voting daily for keys and getting Lapis, Iron and Redstone from the crates. Gold you can get from pig zombie grinders. A number of people have them for anyone to use, Drogo included.
