I was banned (again) on skyblock.net. It was for taking 5 diamond blocks of WadiiGotZaza. I know what I did wrong, so I am appealing to get unbanned SO I can give the diamond blocks back. I was going to give the diamond blocks back, but then I got banned before I could toss them back.

No, it wasn't, but I want to be unbanned so I can give them back.

Yes, but it was a false ban. I was banned for stealing a 9th-year anniversary grass block and a spawner of the player nuzubo105. (I did not do this)
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
Like I said, to give the 5 diamond blocks back.
I feel severrrely bad for my actions now. I know I won't do this again.

Hi there.
Why did you take the diamond blocks in the first place? Also your previous ban was not incorrect. Your account did steal those items.

 

When I took the diamond blocks, I honestly don't know what I was thinking. But now that I think about it, I know what I did wrong. I want to resolve things now. I honestly feel very bad for my actions now.
And also, I want to point out again that I was just about to toss the diamond blocks back, I was actually at WadiiGotZaza's island to give them back, but then I got banned.

 

I'd love to believe you, but the fact here is you stole 5 diamond blocks from Wadii and this is your second offence. During your previous ban, you didn't cooperate within your appeal but instead tried to tell me it wasn't you despite me having solid proof that it was indeed your account that took the items.

You took 5 diamond blocks but only 3 blocks and some dias were found in your inventory. Where did the rest go?

 

Firstly, and I have said this before, I did not take the spawner or the 9th-anniversary grass block, but for the sake of this let's just say I did. When I got the diamond blocks, I was really excited to have them and I converted them to grass by selling all of them for 3 grass each. As you may know, diamonds cost 4 grass to buy, but 3 grass to sell, so I didn't have as much grass as I needed to get the diamonds back, but I did have 64 extra grass. As soon as I traded it in, I felt guilty and bad for what I did and immediately traded them back, all the ones I could have bought. I went to my island to get the rest of the grass, but then WadiiGotZaza messaged me saying I better give them back now or I would get banned. I immediately visited WadiiGotZaza's island to give back what I could but before I could toss them, my screen went black and I found out I got banned. I tried giving them back almost 1 minute after I took them, so why shouldn't I be unbanned? If one of the staff catches me stealing, that would be my 3rd offense and I would allow you or any staff member to ban me for up to 30 days, as I know it is my 3rd offense and I will not appeal that. I kindly ask you to unban be now. I feel really guilty for what I did, trust me. I would literally do ANYTHING to get unbanned. This server is literally my life.

 

I'm glad you're taking accountability for your actions during this situation. I will unban you, however before doing that I'd like you to reread our Server Rules and our Code of Conduct.

Once you've done so, I'd like you to list down all the server rules in your own words. I need to be convinced that you've truly read and understood them. If the same offence is repeated one more time, you will get a much harsher punishment.

 

Here are all the server rules in my own words. I have finished reading the server rules and codes of conduct.
ABUSING SERVER EXPLOITS OR BUGS: It basically means if there are glitches or, say duping hacks on this server, if you are caught abusing them, you will be punished accordingly.
IRL TRADING: This means trading items in real life (which is mostly real currency) for in-game items is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.
GRIEFING: Griefing is breaking blocks or placing blocks on another island, without their permission, knowledge of doing so, and often for your own personal gain. Doing so will result in punishment according to the harshity of the grief.
LOOTING: This includes taking someone else's items without their permission and for your personal use. You will be banned according to the harshity of the looting.
SCAMMING: Scamming is the act of making a trade, but not taking the items and leaving, or placing a very unorthodox trade and ripping the other player off. ('Here, give me the elytra for 2 grass, it is worth that much, trust me. Thank you, HAHAHAHAHAHA'(proceeds to laugh maniacally and return to the island))
PLAYER KILLING: Player killing is when you kill a player, either for their items or just to troll them. Killing a player is a common practice in skin competitions when 'eliminating' the player.
ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT LIMIT: The highest amount of alternative accounts one player could be using one time on the economy is 2 accounts, with 4 accounts being the highest on skyblock.
ISLAND FARMING: Island farming is meant by constantly making new islands, after taking the previous one's illegal resources, such as buckets and dirt. Even island trading could be classified as island farming when done incorrectly. It is highly recommended to check with a staff member before trading islands, and the staff member should take all illegal items off the island, such as dirt in chests and buckets in chests.
ILLEGAL TRADING: It is not forbidden to trade any of the following items and will result in a ban. Dirt, Coarse dirt, Buckets, filled or empty, Silverfish spawn eggs, Renamed items that are named after other items (eg. a stick called diamond), and Over-maxed enchantment books.
ILLEGAL HACKING: Most hacks are allowed to be used at your island as long as they do not give you an unfair advantage over other players. They are also not allowed to be used, any of them, at public warps, such as /warp crate, /warp grass, and /spawn.
ADVERTISING: Advertising is basically telling other people about other servers, that are not connected in any way with NoobCrew's servers.
BLACKMAIL AND THREATS: Blackmailing and threatening other people is strictly not allowed. It could involve doing, violent messages or death threats and could result in a permanent ban.
INAPPROPRIATE BUILDS: Inappropriate builds mean any player-built build or map art that is based on inappropriate things. Doing this will result in some form of punishment and destruction of the inappropriate builds.
INAPPROPRIATE NAMES/SKINS: Inappropriate names/skins will mean an immediate ban until the skin/name has been changed and an appeal saying so is made.
INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS: These could consist of vulgar language that the player has sneaked through the chat filter, racist text, and terms related to sensitive topics, like politics. This could result in punishments.
MALICIOUS LINKS: This means links that could take users to bad content, such as pornographic material and also IP grabbers.
NICKNAME ABUSE: Nick abuse is the act of changing your name to almost exactly match someone else's name, or changing it to not-too-good words.
CHAT OFFENSES: This means spamming in chat, or be rude in chat. This could lead to punishment according to the harshity of the chat offense.
FALSE REPORTING: This means reporting to staff about something that has no evidence, or very little, or just reporting to staff for fun, or trying to get a player punished who did nothing wrong.
PUNISHMENT EVASION: This means evading a punishment in any way, but mainly using another account to avoid all the punishments on the separate account on which got the punishment. This will lead to the equal punishment being executed on the alternative account or on harsher circumstances harsher punishments than the original.
