Economy Make Croppers Silk Touch Melon Blocks

    ok, lets just make 2 crops just as profitable as each other so instead of having 1 overpowered farm we can have 2
    upsides:
    melons will be kinda valuable? it depends, at least you have options for automated farms other than melons
    downsides:
    developers have to write 1 line of code

    but for 9 melon slices, thats just bad, wrose than pumpkins still
    for silking, well thats just pumpkins but they look different and it takes longer to sell them at warp shop
    the increased shop price is good, but it increases the need for mods (autocrafting) and makes the game harder for vanilla players

    They sell as blocks at shop, so having them be silk touched would be basically the same as pumpkins at that point which would be good

    Well actually it's better, because they are the same price so you're going to pick pumpkins every time and melons are basically useless. This gives an option, because as of rn melons are useless to farm

    Fair point. But there is also no point in having melons exist at all if they are simply worse than pumpkins in every way. I don't have a good idea to make them stand out, but the least that could be done is to raise them to the level that pumpkins are already at.
