If I had to guess this would be this:
[READ before Posting]Information for leaving Feedback | Skyblock Forums
" Avoid just replying with "support"or "no support". Please write actual feedback, otherwise just use the ratings provided"

Due to you just replying "no support" without leaving any feedback for the applicant, I am assuming that is why your post was deleted.

Although I don't know for sure, you will want to ask a staff member for certain, this is just a rough guess.

To avoid this in the future, try to leave a statement explaining the reasoning about your decision, or just some things you have noted about how they behave or your personal opinion on why you feel that way.

I think you need to have a reason next to the "No Support" you said in order your post to be reasonsable,

Otherwise it would be seen as post farming.

It's because they have no other options but only option is to delete it, but they ask you to put a reason in a suggestion after deleting it.

I believe the main reason being that you actually have to say why you support/no support/partial support with the applicant. If not the mods will most likely see it as post farming

There is a very clear difference between saying "no support", supporting and re-supporting an application.

Supporting an application without saying anything isn't advised, however it could act as a bump towards the application. Feedback for supporting isn't necessary especially if people have mentioned why in previous posts. However supporting a suggestion for example (if not a bump) should come with feedback too or else people should just rate it with the provided ratings.

Re-supports usually act as a bump to the application to help show that you want the applicant to be promoted, and to bump the application to the top to allow for others to be able to see it.

No-supporting an application, especially if you haven't said anything prior, and without adding WHY you no supported, is just post farming.

It is never okay to no support and not give your reasoning. You have to elaborate in order for the applicant to know why you don't want them promoted, and to help them improve if they need to. If you have nothing to say other than "no support" and not add on as to why, then don't reply in the first place.

You've done this numerous times. Might be best to actually tell Eunice why you no-supported instead.

The whole point of my "no-support" message was to prove a point, which has in-fact been proven to me. I made 30~ reports, all of which were made on people who said any of the following three things; "Support", "no-support" or "re-support". Following every single one of my reports being denied, save for one that I made about a quadruple bump if I recall, I made a post to see if mine would be deleted, and here we are. This is either obviously bias or miscommunication amongst the staff team, and I'd actually like someone, preferrably the person who deleted my message, who is a staff member to respond

If you just admitted that the "no-support" wasn't actually genuine, then there shouldn't be an issue here. If it's deleted and you had no reason relating to the application to say "no support" then there is no point of asking why it's deleted. Shouldn't have been there in the first place.

A reminder to everyone that this is a place for help, not accusations or rudeness/disrespect. An answer from the staff team has been requested. Therefore, one will be provided. Just be a little patient. Thank you.

If someone is caught selling lava buckets, we warn them and ask them to stop. Maybe they are new and didn’t know the rules. If someone files 30 reports against other player for selling lava buckets, then gets caught selling them, we ban.

What you did was abuse the report function and then make a post that was essentially the same as the posts you reported, in order to be annoying.

As stated here, the “don’t post just support or no-support” is just a guideline, not a hard rule, and staff reserve the right to delete posts that don’t follow these guidelines: [READ before Posting]Information for leaving Feedback | Skyblock Forums

That means based on the context, staff can choose to delete certain posts but not others, even if they both fall under the category of not being very useful or not really contributing to the thread. Yours was deleted because you were intentionally trying to trap staff and cause drama.

If you continue to pull these stunts you will be no longer be welcome on this forum.

Seeing as this thread is being used to inform the poster (Salvation) I think examples are great, Kerahna! I feel I also have the right to ask a question on this thread as that's what it's turned into:
Basically what you said (in a relevant format to this thread) is if someone posts support or no-support without reason you delete the post and warn them to stop. They most likely didn't read the forum rules. If someone files 30 reports against others for something AGAINST the rules you do what was stated above, but if the person who knows the rules breaks that same rule they'll get banned.

That's a great example, but He READ the rules and KNEW the rules, made the reports, and they all got denied? He then made a support ticket and asked why, to where he was told that staff don't punish for that, so now Salvation is misinformed DUE TO YOUR STAFF TEAM.

You also say staff can choose what they punish for, that's great. Don't reply to tickets, questions and reports about a rule you don't enforce, not complicated as you don't enforce that but someone else on the team does. You then fault Salvation for the lack of coordination ON YOUR STAFF TEAM! This should've never been a problem as the reports would've gotten accepted/denied, if denied Salvation would've made a ticket and been told it's staff's choice.

You claim it's a trap and that's why it was deleted, please tell me how you came to this conclusion? Were you actually shocked when you found out a NEWER member of the forums broke a rule he was just told wasn't punishable? He did admit (after it was deleted) it was because he knew staff had a bias against him and would delete it, I agree that's wrong. You know what I also think is wrong? A staff team that doesn't know what and what not they punish for...

This is not to bash anyone, but rather relevant questions with needed context. I understand where you're coming from, just as you should understand where I'm coming from. Consistency is key and maybe then you won't have people trying to catch your staff team in traps... Anyways if you could reply to this that would be awesome as I am actually curious and want to side with the staff team whilst seeing where Salvation is coming from.

Hello SuperCoolWimp. Any player is welcome to ask something if they do not understand a rule or procedure on any of the Skyblock platforms. I would like to help explain a few things in order to bring clarity to this specific situation.

Skyblock Staff try to ensure the quality of the posts in all the various threads on the server. The staff application section is an especially important area on the forum. I am unsure where the misinformation from staff comes from because our Manager left the response as requested. Let us actually take a look at the official post regarding leaving feedback [READ before Posting]Information for leaving Feedback | Skyblock Forums I have provided a picture of the start of that post.

    upload_2020-9-20_20-19-25.png

The second bullet point asks players to use the rating system (located below each original post) instead of simply writing "support" or "no support". It just helps to keep the thread neat and orderly while bringing focus back to meaningful positive criticism for the candidates. A mix up may come from the newer players not being able to see where/how to leave a rating until they have achieved a minimum post count. So you know, the ratings for staff applications look like this. The red X stands for "No Support".

    upload_2020-9-20_20-38-59.png
And after each person makes 25 total posts (in sections that posts are counted), the ability to click a rating icon will appear in the bottom right corner of each post. And that looks like this.

    upload_2020-9-20_20-43-49.png

Look back at the picture about the rules for leaving feedback. The text that stands out in red, underlined, bordered with asterisks, and still near the top of that post, does state that Staff are allowed to edit posts. Yes, these edits are judgement calls, but they are made in the interest of keeping the conversation flowing and more relevant to the topic. And in this case, the topic is how candidates can improve themselves.
    __________

I have to let you know that players are expected not to abuse the rating system by spam reacting to everything. Those kind of actions are seen as disrespectful and staff members will have to address them. More information can be found in these links below.

Skyblock Ratings Information | Skyblock Forums Rules on leaving ratings
Skyblock Forums Rules | Skyblock Forums Rules for the website
Information | Skyblock Forums Links to more rules
    __________

I want to assure you that staff do not leave punishments as they please. We do have responsibilities to keep the server fair for all. We ask everyone to follow the same set of rules (can be found under the Information link) and adhere to a basic standard of behavior as outlined here Code of Conduct | Skyblock Forums

Deletions are not the same as punishment. Conversations are generally cleaned up by removing irrelevant posts. Punishments start with warnings, then mutes, then bans. Punishments are generally made based on inappropriate and disrespectful behavior.
    __________

Now it is time to talk about this post. Since this is a help section, other players did their best to try to let Salvation understand the general idea about leaving empty comments. For this specific instance, making 30 reports about a single, small rule was a petty. This all could have been avoided if the relevant post was actually read. These reports made from a tantrum/false pretenses/insincerity is trolling. This was not a respectful way to bring attention to the matter at hand. Therefore, the reports were deemed illegitimate. And Salvation did receive an official response from Staff as requested to explain it all.
    __________

I have laid out the issue to the best of my abilities. I believe I have exhausted the topic and will now be closing the thread. Thank you for your attention.
