You have always been friendly from the little I have seen in game and always willing to say hi. However, I have noticed a few people that have expressed concerns about your application, thus showing a few red flags from the past. Despite this though, you have many people supporting you.

I will happily support you and your application based off the opinions of others and the small windows of time I see you in game. However, if I hear of another incident I will re-consider.

I guess I haven’t replied here, so here I appear.

I rated you support not only as you’ve improved your behaviour on the server, but in the belief that it’ll make you a better person than you already are.

When I first talked to you on the server (this might’ve been late 2018/early 2019), I had the feeling from our conversations that you didn’t seem to like me (or at least like talking to me) much, and while I definitely was quite a toxic individual at the time (having come fresh out of CS:GO and HvH, we won’t go there), I didn’t like that you could get annoyed by holding a conversation with someone you didn’t have any enjoyment talking with. Now, this is behind us, alas; that’s nearly 2 years ago.

I definitely feel like you’ve changed - even if you may still not like me, at least all our conversations are good ones, I enjoy talking to you and think of you as a friend - which is my most important point.

You have potential to be a great staff member.

Don’t destroy it doing something unneeded and silly.

And that’s my reasoning for my support status.

(I know for a fact that a lot of people think I’m annoying and I apologise for that. This may feel like a bit of a vent, but when you’ve never really been one to start conversation or had very few proper friends that you can trust you start to just let everything out at once when someone actually starts conversation with you. It’s one of the reasons that I never really talk in voice chats - I become annoying, I talk to much, and then I become self aware after - it starts to pile up on me. This is also why I believe I have quite serious anxiety).

 

You are very nice and extremely active which is what we need for moderators on this server. Support for sure !

Thank you for the support. Not trying to bring personal issues onto this thread, but around that time I learned a bunch of things about my family and underlying mental issues I had, just caused me to get annoyed easily.

So I want to know that Porky 's support was not in any way influenced by any kind of payment?

It is just a joke between me and him, it is absolutely no harm. And even if it wasn’t, you’d technically report me and not him.

 

If you look at his role on Mineverse and his previous posts on both his post history and other applications, you'll see he makes the same, if not very similar posts all the time. It's a shame that nobody gets his jokes on here.

 

I got the joke, but its always good to know because that type of thing is against the rules and you arent allowed to joke saying you broke a rule.

 

It’s a joke quite clearly, and I don’t see where a rule is broken regardless.

I understand why you’re concerned however you have taken things a little too seriously and I’ve witnessed it already three times now. It’d be best to figure out the nature of whats said because most times it’s just friends joking around, and it’s quite unnecessary bringing it onto applications and such and turning it into an issue.

 

Is it too early to re support?

 

Neutral - I have seen you act a little immature and rude sometimes on discord, although most of the time you are very nice, friendly, helpful, and active on all platforms. I'll probably revisit this in a month to see if my status has changed.

I've decided to switch to supporting this application, I've seen a change in your behavior (in my eyes) and I think you would be a good fit for the staff team.

 

There is actually no rule against joking about breaking rules, and it's actually a pretty common joke. I've seen staff members make jokes about breaking the rules in the past before, like trading buckets etc., which were very clear jokes. I'm pretty sure Porky would know what's against the rules/if it is against the rules to make jokes like that though as he has been on the forums for 3ish years, and he's also staff on another one of noobcrews server.

I think it may just be generally frowned upon by paying or trying to encourage people with benefits on their side to support you.

I do admit to being immature and rude a bit ago, but I've made sure that recently I've done my best to change it, and if I catch myself that the message I may be typing at the time could be taken as rude or immature, I either re-word it or I don't send it.

hi wife (we never divorced, so i still own the house) tis me, teeler, pingu, whatever! i believe the last time i saw an app from you i was head over heels in support. from the small amount i have seen since when i was last active, you were still having your own personal battles and i felt like you were lowkey a little petty and immature, but i do think that you're definitely putting on a great face and having a solid attitude. i know you'd definitely be capable of moderating, but i never thought you'd have the right attitude for it. i feel like your attitude is fairly pleasant so i do think that you would be a solid app, assuming you still want to apply.

 

I've changed my attitude since then and if I read messages before I send them now just to see how they could sound compared to someone else, because while I am writing them they may not seem immature/petty but they may to others.


I am going camping this weekend by the way, I'm pretty sure I'm leaving Friday, so I will be inactive for twoish days.
