All credit goes to RedstoneTrails for the original idea I know that there are some people who forget that they entered the lottery one and then logged off, then when they came back they have unclaimed grass for a while or they just simply forget to check if they even won anything, because I do this all the time. There should be a nice, colourful message shown on screen or in chat (interchangeable via settings, where you could also switch it off), saying you won x amount of grass! If you win multiple lotteries without claiming the grass then the message should say how much grass total was won. Since you are able to switch this message off, there isn't really a downside that I can think of as long as /settings is made more wide-known!
He's referring specifically to just adding messages letting users know that they won the lottery while offline, not making any massive changes to the lottery system.
Support. This would definitely be a nice addition, and something fairly similar to the notification of unread mail.
