I've had this idea for a week now, and I know the admins/owner etc have considered it. But i think that there should be more than ONE map for the mob arena. If you needed someone to make these different arenas, hit me up :Wink: I believe the community would have more fun if there was more than one boring arena there, maybe different prizes! Different weapons, items, mobs.. Just an idea!
I think it would be a good idea. It is possible for people to join different arenas, easily done. The one issue is will we have enough players to divide between arenas? The likelihood of getting prizes depends on the number of players you have meaning too little and your pay out is minimal because you cannot make the waves. neutral for now
I am not too familiar with the ma plugin, but i feel like it should let them into another map unless one is started? i might be wrong though.
What i mean is, there is no option to join a certain arena, when you do /ma j you join into a random map which the plugin chooses. Maybe even a map voting system :l
yeah that is another implementation which is pretty nice. We could have arena building contests too so there are more varieties
i think ma j has really gone down. we used to have FLOODS of people playing if we did do a new area i think we would need an increase in players....
Prior to it going down, it had a huge resurgence in popularity. Every night for at least a week or two (even weekday nights), we were filling up multiple lobbies in a row, with many players fighting to get in. I think once we get things back up and running, their will also be a good amount of people wanting to get back into it after it being down for so long. Things were looking very solid leading up to it going down, and I think we'll be able to carry that momentum into the future of Mob Arena
