Denied Hello. I want to apply for staff

Country: USA
I speak English and little Spanish.
I have 2FA enabled.
I have a Youtube channel. It is called The Mandalorian. I also have a screenshot software.
I think I should become a staff member because I am hard working and am on frequently. I think I really deserve this. I am also very confident in myself.
I can be on the server from around 3:40 through 8:50
I have been playing skyblock for around 6 months and have gotten experience of what its about.
I have been banned once, and that was for griefing. I have learned my lesson and I did it out of complete rage. I don't know why I reacted like that, but I have a thing called cave vision when im mad. Cave vision is where you cant think straight when you are mad. So that's why I did it.
I meet every requirement for applying for staff. I would really appreciate it if you made me a staff member. Thanks for reading this!
