Hi Archie,
Before we proceed, you asked this to be censored for privacy but that makes the appeal a lot harder to talk about, so perhaps it’s best for now if we don’t use any hide boxes and at the end if you still want to have your privacy then you can edit your boxes and put them in hide.

I’m going to cut to the chase here, you have a senior donor rank. You quite clearly care about your place on this server, and I don’t understand what made you suddenly come back and not read through the rules. This is my initial thought, however I will be analysing your appeal and commenting as we go.

If your habit was to read the rules, then surely it must’ve stuck and you would have remembered the things that are banned / illegal and IRL trading is literally the first rule! There is no excuse to not remember the first rule!

I may be wrong, but I don’t think that the rules have changed hugely since except for they were rephrased, recoloured and reformatted. The only new rule that may have come around is the hacking one, which is completely unrelated to your offence, if you are a slightly more experienced player then the rules should be something you could recite off by heart. This is a reason why I am skeptical about your situation and I am finding that I am repeating myself now, where you claimed you had a habit of reading the rules and now you’ve forgotten them? Or - even forgotten to read them after a break?

I would just like to clarify: never think that different community’s rules are the same! Just because it’s okay somewhere else does not mean it’s welcome in other places.

You haven’t broken a chat offence, you’ve broken a rule of the game involving items. This means regardless of a mute or not, it would not stop items being traded! I’m sorry but I’ll need a bit more convincing of how you’re going to prevent this happening again if you are allowed back onto the server.

Here is another image, where Malo_GG clearly states that the Pumpkin Head he had used for the trade owned to Jack and he said he couldn’t sell it.

Here is you asking to do more trades later on, presumably more IRL trades? Were any other trades completed tonight?

And then the head was reported missing by Jack, a quick bit of searching and I’m sent to your island, where the head is on a Christmas tree. You knew the head wasn’t Malo’s and you still went ahead with the trade too? The head has been confiscated and will be returned shortly to the owner.

In conclusion, I’m going to need to be more convinced if I am to let you back, or if I am to shorten your ban from the month. Please justify the evidence I have shown in this comment.

Also please be aware that tomorrow I am in education until 4pm so do not expect a reply until then.

Hey south, appreciate the reply. I totally understand how you are skeptical that I’ll not do this again- and if I was in your position I would too. I completely understand you, kerahna and jack's frustration.

I truly state and believe my reasoning behind this is that I didn't 100% understand the rule, and that is the truth. After talking to an old friend (a 2012-2019 veteran here), he 100% agreed that the rule isn't 100% written for everyone to be able to understand. His exact words were as follows.

I am in NO way trying to explain/state that the rules are wrong, or that I was incorrectly banned. My ban was completely justified. I was only stating there, the matter of how I, along with another person-and I'm sure others will agree- misinterpreted the rule.

I understand I need to prove myself more to get unbanned. Bottom line is- I have too much to lose. The evidence isn't justifiable- It is concrete proof that I broke the rule- I understand that. I truly didn't understand the rule 100%-But i understand this isn't easy to believe.

I truly need and request a second chance because I feel a real connection with the fun and experience I've had on the server,and I've came to a time in my life, starting last week, that I really need skyblock to stress relieve more then ever. I have been thinking over the past 16 hours, "what will i do in my spare time now?".

If I was to get a second chance, I think I'd tone down my playing style. What I mean by that is, I'm very open and chatty in general chat, and I know I can get annoying. I'd definitely pipe down a bit and focus on my island more.

I genuinley need a chance, and I will prove to you and the staff team I am a sensible, clever boy that won't break any more rules;intentional or not.

I totally understand, I have been banned for IRL trading. This is an important rule and I accept the ban no matter this appeal outcome.

I've read your latest response and have decided that there is no point in answering it due to me finding out that you ban evaded on two different accounts. For you to then message me on discord saying it's your friend's at their house is completely wrong too because it showed up that the accounts had logged on the same address. You then mysteriously deleted the messages from our chat in discord, would you care to explain that? I've denied your appeal because you really show two different sides, where on the forums you act desperate to come back yet your actions and behaviour shows a completely different story. Something that is also quite disappointing is how you claim you read the rules before writing the appeal in your original post, and to find out that you've then gone and broken another rule when it's less than 24 hours fresh in your memory, is not up to the standards of skyblock. Feel free to appeal on the weekend, but this one has been denied. You've really got to prove to me you want to change and come back, because right now it's hard for you to prove that.
