Sold Enchanted Pick to /shop

A couple of days ago I was trying to sell a diamond pick from my kit. I held the pick and did /sell hand, but instead of selling the pick in my hand it sold my max enchanted diamond pick. I had my enchanted one in my Hotbar. Yesterday it happened again. What should I do and is there anything I can do. I was also wondering if I can get my pick back. I have also seen other people that had this sam problem.

 

I've never seen this problem before, but I tried it out and it happend to me too. For now all I can suggest is that you don't have stuff you dont want to risk losing in your inv when you sell stuff.
Leeeroieee Noobcrew is this something that can be fixed?
