I think this is good but if you make, for example, your ingame name long people will say app is too long

    Dear community,

I am excited to introduce myself to you guys this moment in time as I came to experience how many great people enjoy playing together on the same server I enjoy spending my time. For a start, I would like to tell you my real name as it has a long and indulging history. I go by the name of Adrian, which originates from the long gone historical roman times. Adrian is a form of the Latin given name Adrianus or Hadrianus. Its ultimate origin is most likely via the former river Adria from the Venetic and Illyrian word adur, meaning 'sea' or 'water'. Therefore, while doing activities, I focus on becoming better than myself from yesterday rather than competing with others. That is true self-improvement physically and mentally. I am a pro-roller skater, I play games with a thriving community along with heart-raising goals, and I am extremely funny. I want to become a moderator on the server for the same reason I want to become responsible for my family. I do not only help out players on the server, but I help myself too on becoming responsible for actions and decisions I make in life and in-game. This would sound unrealistic and could be interpreted as a joke, but games and real life have a lot in common, simply because both worlds involve human connection. In effect, for me to become a moderator would also mean becoming a positive influence on players on the server.

    Your in-game name:
In-game my username is Adriansop, allthough few prefer calling me Adrian, or even Sop. Unlike most of these nicknames, which are simply used because they are supposed to catch a player's portrays and can either be used positively or negatively, have a bit of unspoken history but I gained a lack of motivation in continuing on this section.

What time zone are you in?
Being a citizen of the Netherlands doesn't mean I live in just one time zone, in fact, I live in the midst of two time zones, GMT and GMT + 1. Concretely, these time zones tell you the time it would be if you were to compare it with the Greenwich time in Great-Britain. Even though I myself run with GMT, it doesn't feel right to not have ever been able to visit Great-Britain even once. Yet, that is the place for English speakers, like most people on this server. So instead of wasting plane tickets, I would love to experience a true English-speaking culture on this server.

What country do you live in?
As mentioned a few times before in my moderator application of the 3rd of november 2019, I am a citizen of the Netherlands, which, in effect, makes me Dutch. I have lived here my entire life, however I am not originally Dutch. I do not wish to go far into detail of my past life, but to move forward of what you know is true. I moved houses once, but I have never been able to get the question answered on why my parents chose to do this. The reason why I still live in the Netherlands is because of the incredible economy and education we reside in. The country is by far the best option for me to create a future for myself that I am able to can be happy in.

    What languages do you speak?
If we are talking about the languages I can speak fluently, I hope you can count up to four. The languages I am able to speak include Dutch, English, American English, Scottish English (bloody difficult), Irish English, Australian English, African Dutch, some-silly-islands-near-Brazil Dutch, French, and Romanian. These are all basic languages I learned through family or video-games and movies that come in different languages, mostly English. As for the languages I speak less fluently, German is quite a problem, but I can manage simple conversations when ordering bratwurst. Then I can also speak a little Russian, Japanese (which I took a short class for, only learning the Hiragana alphabet) and ancient Greek. All of these languages are very fun to learn, but it takes a lot of effort because there is so much to learn about a language.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No
As much as I have refused to follow advice on account security, I want to say it from the bottom of my heart I encourage others to enable the two-factor authentication system. I have never been a victim of stolen accounts myself before, but a lot of my friends have and it breaks my heart to see such likeable people become a victim to the dark side of the internet. With the two-factor authentication system enabled, I hope to vibe out a good security for the players I am willing to help and that they feel they get the help they need and do not have to be worried of failure or unprecedented incidents. The procedure of activating the two-factor authentication system was long, but managable if you have had a good education and have a feel for technology. It's amazing how much that last one can do in this age, especially since technology of today connects people through an easier manner inside this world-wibe web. However this also makes us more open to scammers and wannabe-musician advertisements. So, getting a good security is necessary for your own mental health and I am glad to be part of the two-factor authentication crap.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
Unfortunately, I myself am a victim to a lot of scams I have gone through in games other than Minecraft and for this reason I pushed myself to educate myself in security. This does not mean complete invulnerability to unfortunate incidents, but every one of them has a lesson for the next time a similar event occurs. Having evidence of scams or rule-breakers is one of the things that software offers us. Luckily, there were not many times when recording software was necessary to resolve problems I had to go through, but that is what security is about; expect the unexpected.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I believe in academic thinking, which for some of you might be known as critical thinking. In its most basic expression, critical thinking occurs when students are analyzing, evaluating, interpreting, or synthesizing information and applying creative thought to form an argument, solve a problem, or reach a conclusion. This means that rationality plays a big role, and emotions are put aside for the most part. Within the limitations of rational thinking, which I shan't depart, leave into detail, choosing rationally can provide a number of benefits that include: Addressing complex decisions by breaking them down. Characterizing decision problems and goals to ensure addressing all needs and desires. I am convinced that this is beneficial to all players on the server who have questions or need help in general.

Secondly, I believe in a moderator with humor, but this is extremely difficult to adapt on the social web as humor is not just a choice of words, but expressing yourself in certain ways at which point it is only possible to notice humor when the one being humoristic is perceivable with every human sense. I love humor, but I have difficulties applying them on social media for that reason. However, this does not mean I don't work hard to try have a good laugh with players I talk to and leave behind with a memorable laugh.

My third and final reason on why I think I should become a moderator is because I am Inventive, Exciting, Thoughtful, Powerful, Practical, Proactive, Productive, Professional, possess Quality, Quick, Balanced, an Achiever, Knowledgeable, Literate, Logical, an Initiator, Original, Outgoing, Particular, Patient, Active, Positive, Consistent, Compassionate, Incredible, Independent, With Integrity, Mediator (god knows what that means), Emotional from inside, Cheerful, Forgiving, Sensuous, Generous, Sporty, Devoted, Candid, rarely Rebellious, Cooperative, Industrious, Interesting, Racy, Meditative, Understanding, Quirky (for real), Quixotic (another elite term that no one knows, not even me), Competitive, definitely not Political, Socially Conscious, Modest, Courageous, Enthusiastic, Enterprising, Entrepreneurial, a Facilitator, Focused, Genuine, Open Minded, Wise, Sensitive, open to Sense of Humor, Sensible, Sincere, Skilled, Solid, Communicative, Helpful, Fast, Responsible, Results-driven, Results-oriented, Self-reliant, Organised, Knowledgeable, Logical, Personable, Pleasant, Flexible, Adaptable, Persuasive, Perceptive, Insightful, Trustworthy, Easy going, a Good listener, Imaginative, Warm, Ambitious, Diplomatic and Curious.

This is where I should say good-bye, but honestly respect if you didn't skip it all the way here. The reason why this application is so long is because I want to be as honest and open as possible. I hope I can influence you guys with this to give me an honest feedback in return!
