    3. Ban message/reason: Please close chargeback to get unbanned. Email [email protected] for help.
    4. Have you read the rules? Yes
    5. Do you think this ban was incorrect? Yes
    6. Please list any other times you have been banned on any of our platforms: I requested a ban a week back. Other than that I think I only have warnings in my history.
    7. Why would you like to be unbanned? Because this chargeback is vague to me. I don't know what 'item' the console talks about. Moreover I have never used real money to buy perks in-game, I got them all by trading in-game items all on skyblock. I'm not the one that charged back since it's something I can't even do. I don't have any history on purchases using my own credit card whatsoever.
    8. How will you prevent yourself from being banned again? I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong :p

    On a side-note:
    If this ban is not planned to be lifted, wouldn't it be possible for players to buy ranks for other players in-game and charge it back to get them all permanently banned the same way?

    The charged back purchase was under your name. In the future if you plan on paying other people in game to upgrade you , I recommend that you ask them to purchase it under their name and send it as a gift to you (or purchase a gift card and send you the code). That way, we can keep track of who bought it and who is responsible for the chargeback.
