Legendary Key Glitch

I used a legendary Key that I bought from the store and when I used it, It glitched and never gave me the item.
Please help

 

What was the item you received some items are disguise activated by /d or maybe a kit, was your inventory full?

 

I had gotten a horse egg

 

Ahh I believe that’s a horse disguise
You activate it by I think you can activate it by \d skeletal_horse or something along those words do /d and you can read through it and you’ll find

fadedwoe If you win a Skelton Horse disguise and active with /d skeletal_horse, you still won’t be able to see it, even with f5.
Only other players will only be able to see you as a Skeleton horse.

If you type the command /d it will bring up a list of all the available disguises. The ones that you have access to will NOT be striked through.
