Donation to wrong server

Hello my name is Chris AKA SpicyRice. I have sent three different support emails and have not gotten a response back so I have decided to post here. I purchased Skylord on June 11th for the skyblock server I figured out that economy and survival are two different servers and ranks are not global . I recently re downloaded Minecraft and when I bought this rank I was kind of uneducated in this manner and sort of lost. I do not want to file a charge back because I love skyblock economy but I would love to have my rank removed from survival and put on the server I originally wanted it to be on. I always played “economy” in the past on my old server and when I came here I didn’t realize there were three different ones and ranks were not global . This is my fault but I just would like to have my rank put on the right server . Please help thank you. Unfortunately if I don’t get my rank transferred I will have to charge back because I work and it was a waste of 37.50$ if I can’t use it the way I intended too . Please help

Thanks for getting back to me . Is there any way we could sort this out in a better way? Like transferring my rank from the server I accidentally purchased it on and put on economy? I guess I should of posted here sooner instead of sending three emails huh

 

Here is the confirmation email. Ign is SpicyRice. It's July 4th and it's 50% off I really wish I could have my rank on economy like I intended so I could upgrade or maybe purchase other small items idk . Hopefully we can get this resolved today

 

We are not able to “”transfer” ranks, per se; however, as the rank was accidentally purchased for the wrong server, an administrator will be able to remove your rank on survival, and issue a gift card for the same amount that you paid for the Skylord rank, so that you may use it to purchase the desired upgrade on economy rather than survival.

They will most likely be able to help fix your issue sometime later today; however, they can send you the gift code either through /mail or your forums inbox, so you should be able to receive it even if you are not online at the time.

 

Later today sounds great . I will be back after work. Is there a confirmation number or something like what do i do if I do not receive it ?
