Hiya friends, my name's Liqorice! Sooooo I decided to say hi and make an introduction post! I started playing on the economy server a little over a week ago now. A few years ago I played a Skyblock server with my brother and I could've sworn we used "skyblock.org". But alas, I was apparently a new player as a of a week ago and there's nothing like starting afresh! Despite joining only a week ago, I've already accrued over 3 days of playtime, which is kinda scary and I'm not sure whether to be proud of this achievement or not, haha. I promise you that's not afk farming either, that's legit playtime! As for a little about me, my name's Quentin and I turned 20 back in March. I'm British but I go to college in the U.S., which is pretty neat. I come home for the summer and Christmas holidays which is always pretty sick. I've been playing Minecraft for a littttleeeee while now. I think I bought this game when I was like 12 or something haha. I've always been a fan of Skyblock servers because of the challenge and I'm especially a fan of economy-based servers. I have big dreams for my island on Skyblock, and I doubt I'll ever achieve them as it'd require so much grass I don't even wanna begin to think about it. Anywayss, if you see me on the server, please say hi! I really enjoy helping others, as I'm sure some people from the economy server will tell ya. Welcome/welcome back to the server! Economy was reset, and the original survival was turned into "classic", with the reset being just called "survival". It feels recent to me, but I think it was a year and a half ago now for survival, and a little longer for .org (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Specifics aside, I think you've hit the nail on the head. It's definitely been about 2 years (if not more!) since I played Skyblock with my brother, so this makes a lot of sense now. Given that was so long ago though, I might as well be considered a 'noob' if you will
